What's the basic claim term? |

1. As a reminder, all damaged, missing, or mistakenly
shipped products must be informed within 3 days after the goods get in
destination. Otherwise, return claims may be delayed and/or rejected.

What warranty do you offer for the merchandise?

For most products, items come with a 6 months warranty
UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, in the first 3 months, if merchandise is
found to be quality defective, free replacement will be offered and
shipped by sea or shipped along with next orders in original shipping
method, the extra freight will be bear at our account. |
