What's the basic claim term?

1. As a reminder, all damaged, missing, or mistakenly shipped products must be informed within 3 days after the goods get in destination. Otherwise, return claims may be delayed and/or rejected.
2. No merchandise may be returned under any circumstances unless said merchandise is defective.
3. All products returned must be in the same condition as it was originally delivery package
4. Pictures for defective parts must also be received along with claims. Failure to do so may forfeit your privilege to return/exchange the products.
5. Damaged-shipped merchandise must claim with the freight carrier
6. Abusive wear and tear of products may not necessarily qualify a returned product for warranty coverage.
7. We keep the right to ask customers to offer the defective quality certificate from Third-Party Validation Company.

What warranty do you offer for the merchandise?

For most products, items come with a 6 months warranty UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED, in the first 3 months, if merchandise is found to be quality defective, free replacement will be offered and shipped by sea or shipped along with next orders in original shipping method, the extra freight will be bear at our account.
